Last Modified: 28 February 2026
1. Introduction
1.1 Operator: New Corporate Management Pty Ltd ("Operator," "we," "us," "our") operates the website www.script-report.com (the "Platform" or "Website") and associated products and services (collectively, the "Offerings").
1.2 Contact: You can reach us at reader@script-report.com.
1.3 Agreement: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding contract between you, as an individual or entity ("you"), and the Operator regarding your access to and use of the Offerings. By accessing or using the Offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms. If you disagree with any Term, you are expressly prohibited from using the Offerings and must cease use immediately.
1.4 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Modified" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Offerings after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. We recommend saving a copy of these Terms for your records.
1.5 Age Restriction: The Offerings are intended for users 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from using or registering for the Offerings.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1 AI-Powered Analysis: Script-report.com provides AI-powered screenplay coverage reports. All analysis is generated by an artificial intelligence system. No human at Script-report.com reads, reviews, or accesses your submitted screenplay at any point during or after the analysis process.
2.2 Single-Use Service: Each purchase entitles you to one (1) coverage report for one (1) screenplay submission. Each submission requires a separate purchase. There are no subscriptions or ongoing commitments.
2.3 Format Requirements: Screenplays must be submitted in PDF format only. Maximum screenplay length is 130 pages. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may not be processed and no refund will be issued where the failure to process results from non-compliance with these requirements.
2.4 Delivery: Reports are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of submission. Typical delivery is within hours of submission. Delivery times may vary. We do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.
2.5 Professional Advice Disclaimer: The coverage report is an analytical tool to assist writers and producers in evaluating and developing screenplay material. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional industry advice. The Operator makes no representation that any screenplay will be produced, optioned, sold, or otherwise advanced as a result of using the Offerings.
3. Privacy and Data Handling
3.1 Script Processing: Screenplays submitted for analysis are processed exclusively via our AI API for the sole purpose of generating your coverage report. Your screenplay is not read, accessed, stored, or reviewed by any human at Script-report.com.
3.2 Deletion Policy: Upon delivery of your coverage report by email, your submitted screenplay and your report are permanently deleted from our system. We do not retain copies of submitted screenplays or generated reports after delivery.
3.3 No Training Use: Your screenplay is processed via our AI API, which does not retain or train on submitted content. We have no interest in your screenplay beyond generating your report.
3.4 No Sharing: We do not share, sell, licence, or otherwise distribute your submitted screenplay or your report to any third party.
3.5 Personal Information: We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your report — specifically your name and email address. This information is used solely for order processing and report delivery and is not shared with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
3.6 Third-Party Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled by third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. Third-party payment processors operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
3.7 Limitation of Privacy Warranty: While we take reasonable steps to protect your data during transmission and processing, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and accept no liability for unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Screenplay: You retain all intellectual property rights to your submitted screenplay. Submission of your screenplay to Script-report.com grants the Operator a limited, temporary licence to process your screenplay for the sole purpose of generating your coverage report. This licence expires upon deletion of your screenplay from our system following report delivery.
4.2 Our Offerings: All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, software, content, trademarks, service marks, and logos, are owned by or licenced to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4.3 Your Report: The coverage report generated for your screenplay is provided for your personal and professional development use. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the report for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Operator.
4.4 Your Representations: By submitting a screenplay, you warrant that:
- You are the copyright owner of the submitted screenplay or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit it for analysis.
- The submitted screenplay does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- You have the legal right and authority to enter into these Terms.
4.5 Indemnification for IP Breach: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a breach of the warranties in clause 4.4.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Price: The current price for one coverage report is displayed on the order page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Stripe.
5.3 Taxes: GST or other applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price where required by law.
5.4 Refund Policy: Due to the immediate and digital nature of the service, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at admin@script-report.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, either re-process your submission or provide a refund at our discretion.
5.5 Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even where payment has already been received.
6. Acceptable Use
By using the Offerings you agree that you will not:
- Submit screenplays or other content that you do not own or have the right to submit.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or exploit the Platform, its software, or its output for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Use automated means including bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls on the Platform.
- Use the Offerings for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access to the Offerings and may give rise to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 As-Is Basis: The Offerings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Offerings will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reports will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
7.2 No Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Offerings.
7.3 Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Offerings shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report that gave rise to the claim.
7.4 Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Offerings.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
- Any false or misleading representations made by you in connection with your use of the Offerings.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Offerings are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.

10. General
10.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to your use of the Offerings and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
10.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Waiver: Failure by the Operator to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
10.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
